Anxiety and Tension Relief Tea Blend, 4oz

A gentle and calming blend of organic herbs designed to relax the nervous system. Blend consists of wood betony, linden leaf and flower, skullcap, blue vervain, passionflower, and licorice root.

Directions: Steep 2 teaspoons in 1 cup of boiling water in covered cup for 10 minutes.  Drink 1 cup two times per day.
